Let me tell you about my bestie, Stephanie Cook. She has been MY “life coach” since we were just kids in high school. Living two states apart has not prevented us from maintaining our special friendship. Through the years, it didn’t matter whether we were discussing teenage love, friendship, grief, health concerns, parenting, relationships … any and all topics; she has always been THE BEST listener. She is so smart and more importantly, wise beyond her years. She is open-minded, stays objective, and tells me what I need to hear, not what I want to hear. She understands, though, that my plan of improvement has to be something that I believe in, not what she thinks is best for me.
Stephanie is so easy to talk to. She is non-judgemental, compassionate, hard-working and smart. Did I mention that? : ) Her knowledge is so vast (nutrition, parenting, relationships, exercise, finances, the human body, the mind, spirituality, healthcare and more!) I could not recommend her enough.
Stephanie is an amazing human being, and I am blessed to call her one of my best friends of nearly forty years.

One of Stephanie's many strengths is her ability to explain. She believes that knowledge is power and always finds a way to explain so that I fully understand. She is so patient and encourages me to ask questions for clarification. What a gift!

Talking with Stephanie has been nothing less than great. Not only is she fully present for every minute, she has so much information to share. I feel supported and motivated! I am so thankful for her coaching.

Stephanie always practices with an holistic approach. She routinely shares the basis of how she comes to her thoughtful, thorough plans for personalized care. She is supportive, confident, direct, intuitive, and authentic. Over the years, Stephanie has helped me with symptoms such as headaches, physical pain, emotional pain, trauma, fibromyalgia, and indigestion/reflux.
