Breathwork is this awesome wellness modality that has a biological impact on our body's response systems, and also immediately in how we feel. It's the most accessible tool we have in our toolkit. An extremely important topic that we begin to dive into in this episode. This episode is a high level overview on the topic and it will actually give you the ability to try out some breathing routines to feel the effects first hand. Just don't do it while you're driving. Best to be in a relaxing place seated comfortably or laying down.
